Ingredients:
β’ Prawn heads & shells (500g prawns)
β’ 2 lemongrass sticks
β’ 4 garlic cloves
β’ 20g ginger
β’ 250ml extra virgin coconut oil
Method:
- Clean and drain prawn heads & shells.
- In a pan, cook with lemongrass, garlic & ginger (no oil) until caramelized.
- Add coconut oil, keep heat LOW (80β90Β°C) and infuse for 25β30 mins.
- Blend, strain, and bottle it.
